""HINDIA", a word came into be as a combination of words, "Hind" (Hindi name of a subcontinent which predates modern India on map) + India (modern day India)
We wish to include and develop an experience of cuisine that goes beyond typical Indian restaurant around. Of course, keeping in mind that Indian classical dishes on regular menu should be included as a regular custom in Restaurant Industry. Yet we thrive on the Idea of inclusive menu from the dishes of Indian Subcontinent.
In due course we're going to introduce dishes from
Afghanistan, Pakistan, Nepal, Bhutan, Bangladesh, Sri Lanka.
We hope to satisfy our customers/clients with authentic taste and cultural experience.
